Heart disease occurs in both cats and dogs, either with or without symptoms. Regular health check -ups can detect these diseases at an early stage so that the treatment can be implemented as soon as possible.

The most common symptoms are chronic coughing, a dry cough without mucus accumulation, exercise intolerance, lethargy, weakness or even ascites.
These obvious symptoms should never be ignored. Urgently seek a veterinary professionals' diagnosis for further treatment.
